DATENSCHUTZERKLÄRUNG

Informationen gemäß EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO)

1. Welche personenbezogenen Daten werden erhoben?
Es werden personenbezogene Daten nur dann erhoben und genutzt, wenn ein gesetzlicher Grund für die Erhebung und Nutzung vorliegt. Wir erheben und verwenden personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung unserer Webseite sowie unserer Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist.
Als personenbezogene Daten gelten sämtliche Informationen, die dazu dienen, einen Rückschluss auf Ihre Person zuzulassen (z.B. Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer).
Aufgrund Ihrer freiwilligen Eingaben auf der Website erheben wir Daten auf dem Kontaktformular (Vor- und Nachname,Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und evtl. Telefonnummer). Die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten dienen alleine der Kontaktaufnahme und werden gelöscht, sobald sie für die Erreichung des Zweckes ihrer Erhebung nicht mehr erforderlich sind. Im Online-Formular weisen wir Sie nochmals auf den Zweck der Datenerhebung und auf diese Datenschutzerklärung hin.
Weitere Daten erheben wir nicht, sofern Sie diese nicht im Kontaktformular angegeben haben.

2. Welche Informationen werden noch erfasst?
Beim Aufruf der Webseite wird Ihre IP-Adresse mit dem Zeitpunkt und Inhalt Ihres Abrufs einschließlich der übertragenen Datenmenge und der Meldung, ob der Abruf erfolgreich war, erfasst. Die vorübergehende Speicherung der IP-Adresse erfolgt, um die Funktionsfähigkeit der Webseite sicherzustellen. Diese Daten werden nach Ende des Zugriffs auf die Webseite gelöscht, weil mit der Erreichung des Zweckes die Erhebung nicht mehr erforderlich ist.

3. Auf welche Weise werden Daten erfasst?
Die Daten, die bei jedem Zugriff der Seite erhoben werden, werden automatisch protokolliert; ansonsten nur aufgrund Ihrer Eingabe.

4. Wofür werden die Daten genutzt?
Die Daten werden ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung, Optimierung und Sicherheit des Internetangebots genutzt. Mit Ihrer Einwilligung werden Ihre Daten nur zur Entgegennahme Ihrer Mitteilung (z.B. bei der Terminanfragen)  genutzt.

5. Die Daten werden nicht genutzt…
zur Profilbildung und werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

6. Newsletter
Mit Ihrer Einwilligung können Sie unseren Newsletter abonnieren, mit dem wir Sie über unsere Aktivitäten und Publikationen informieren. Pflichtangabe für die Übersendung des Newsletters ist allein Ihr Name und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Die Angabe weiterer, gesondert markierter Daten ist freiwillig.
Nach Ihrer Bestätigung speichern wir Ihren Namen und Ihre Ihre E-Mail-Adresse zum Zweck der Zusendung des Newsletters. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Ihre Einwilligung in die Übersendung des Newsletters können Sie jederzeit widerrufen und den Newsletter ab
bestellen. Den Widerruf können Sie  über das Formular der Website oder durch eine Nachricht an die im Impressum angegebenen Kontaktdaten erklären.
Wir verwenden in unseren Newslettern keine Verfahren, die Ihr Nutzerverhalten auswerten.

7. Welche Rechte hat der Besucher der Webseite?
Auskunft, Löschung, Berichtigung, Widerspruch. Ihre Rechte können Sie schriftlich oder per E-Mail gegenüber der im Impressum genannten Stelle geltend machen. Ungeachtet dessen haben Sie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde ihres Aufenthaltsorts, ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts der mutmaßlichen Datenschutzverletzung, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten gegen die Datenschutzgrundverordnung verstößt.

8. Hinweis auf Webanalyse
Wir erfassen Informationen, um unseren Nutzern unsere Website zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auf Strato werden Daten ausschließlich zur statistischen Auswertung und zur technischen Optimierung des Webangebots erhoben.

9. Verlinkung auf andere Webseiten
Verlinkungen auf andere Webseiten sind durch entsprechende Hinweise im Text oder mit einem Symbol bzw. farblich oder durch Unterstreichung im Text erkennbar.

10. Verwendung von Cookies
In bestimmten Fällen werden Cookies verwendet. Ruft ein Nutzer eine Webseite auf, kann ein Cookie auf dem Betriebssystem des Nutzers gespeichert werden, die beim erneuten Aufruf der Webseite eine eindeutige Identifizierung ermöglicht. Information according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

1. What personal data is collected?
Personal data is only collected and used if there is a legal reason for the collection and use. In principle, we collect and use personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our website and our content and services.

We do not collect any further data unless you have indicated this in the contact form.

2. What other information is collected?
When accessing the website, your IP address is recorded with the time and content of your access, including the amount of data transferred and a message as to whether the access was successful. The IP address is temporarily stored to ensure the functionality of the website. This data will be deleted after access to the website has ended, since the collection is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose.How is data collected?

4. What is the data used for?

5. The data is not used…
for profiling and will not be passed on to third parties.

6. Newsletters
With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our activities and publications. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your name and your e-mail address. The specification of further, separately marked data is voluntary.
After your confirmation, we will save your name and email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.
You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter
Command. You can declare your revocation using the form on the website or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.
We do not use any methods in our newsletters that evaluate your user behavior.

7. What rights does the website visitor have?
Information, deletion, correction, objection. You can assert your rights in writing or by e-mail to the address given in the imprint. Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the suspected data protection violation if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

We collect information to provide our website to our users. Data is only collected on Strato for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website.

9. Linking to Other Sites
Links to other websites can be recognized by corresponding references in the text or by a symbol or by a color or underlining in the text.

10. Use of Cookies
In certain cases, cookies are used. If a user calls up a website, a cookie can be stored on the user’s operating system, which enables clear identification when the website is called up again. However, cookies do not contain any personal data and are automatically deleted after the end of the session.
